These terms explain how uaeapply works. By signing up and paying, you agree to them. [Legal entity name, trade licence number and registered address to be added.]
What we do
Depending on your plan, we rewrite your CV for the UAE job market, search for jobs that match the details you gave us, apply to them on your behalf, and send you regular updates on WhatsApp or email.
What we are not
We are not a recruitment or employment agency. We do not hire you, place you with an employer, or act for employers. We never take a percentage of your salary and never charge employers. The only thing you pay is the published price of your plan.
No job guarantee
Employers decide who they interview and hire. We cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, visas or any particular salary. We promise to do the work described in your plan carefully and honestly.
Your authorisation
When you sign up you authorise us to create an updated CV and to apply to jobs on your behalf using your CV and the details you provided. You can withdraw this at any time by messaging us, and we will stop applying.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information. We won't invent qualifications or experience on your CV.
- Reply to employers who contact you, and tell us if you accept a job so we can stop applying.
- Handle any employer requests for documents (passport, Emirates ID, certificates) directly with the employer.
Payments
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). You pay through a secure link from our payment provider. Your plan starts when payment is received.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and we will stop applying the same day. If you cancel before we have delivered your rewritten CV, we will refund you in full. After that, fees for the current plan are generally not refundable, because the work has been done. But if something went wrong on our side, talk to us and we'll put it right.
Liability
We are responsible for doing our work with reasonable care. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, job websites or government authorities. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
